One great thing about being in New Zealand in late spring/early summer, is that everything is in bloom. We saw hydrangeas growing everywhere—out in the middle of fields, in home gardens, in parks, and in botanical gardens.
We’re a sucker for a good botanical garden, and there is one in nearly every big city in New Zealand and Australia. The one in Wellington was nice because there is an old-fashioned cable car that takes you to the top, and the views of the city from the top are spectacular. You can take the cable car up, and then walk your way down through the gardens and then the neighborhoods back to the city.
There is not much else to say about these images except we hope you enjoy them. And you’re welcome.
