We’re in Vancouver now, and I need to catch up on some post processing, but somewhere in the middle of Vancouver, I made Lana pull onto a side street so I could take a picture of the odometer. 
She really doesn’t geek out on numbers at all, but she humored me completely—I know, I’m very lucky.  Her eyes didn’t quite glaze over when I mentioned that I wished I’d done the math early enough in the trip to figure out when to reset the trip odometer so it would have read 789.0 at the same time, instead of just the number of miles since the last full tank.
